I OBJECT is a fashion brand committed to redefining menswear through bold, expressive designs. We currently ship across India only and offer products that challenge convention — because style should speak for itself.

2. Product Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change items at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • COD orders incur a ₹50 collection fee.
  • Payments are securely processed via Cashfree.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 4–10 business days.
  • Shipping is free across India.
  • For COD orders, a ₹50 fee applies.
  • Accurate delivery details are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
  • Approved returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are only for defective products or size issues.

6. Account & Customer Responsibility

You’re responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account and delivery details. Protect your login credentials to avoid unauthorized use. We’re not liable for losses due to incorrect information or account misuse.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for processing orders, improving your shopping experience, and internal brand intelligence. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including the brand name, logo, designs, photos, and copy on iobjectclothing.com, is the intellectual property of DivriCulture Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are governed by Indian law. We encourage resolution through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, arbitration will be pursued before any legal proceedings.

10. Promotions & Gift Cards

  • Any promotional codes or discounts will carry clear terms, such as product applicability and expiry.
  • Gift cards are not available at this time.
