Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and packaging are intact
• The product passes our quality check

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

You can also exchange your item within 7 days of delivery for:

• A size issue
• A defective item

Exchanges are only for the same product and are subject to availability. Items will undergo a quality check before the exchange is processed.

Shipping & Charges

• A ₹200 fee will be applicable on every return and exchange request.
• For returns, ₹200 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• For exchanges, ₹200 will be charged additionally before the exchanged product is shipped.
• The exchange will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.

 Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Customized products (if applicable)
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@iobjectclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a short note on the issue
3. We’ll confirm and arrange the pickup
4. Once verified, we’ll process your refund or exchange
