We want your order to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us:

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed and dispatched within 4–10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped via our trusted partner Vamaship, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free across India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹50 collection fee applies — this covers the convenience of paying by cash or UPI at delivery.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Track your shipment anytime using your tracking ID via the Vamaship website.

Packaging

We currently do not offer custom packaging. All products are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Exchanges & Returns

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is defective or there is a size issue

We offer free pickup for approved exchanges/returns.
No refund is issued for COD fees.

Important Info

  • Please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct when placing the order. We can’t be responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect details.
  • We may introduce gift cards and promotional codes in the future — stay tuned via email or Instagram.

  • Any disputes are subject to Indian law and will be resolved amicably wherever possible
